EURONEXT DELISTING – Date: 18 October 2021
1st October 2021 - 1:22 pmImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM; Euronext Growth Brussels: ALIMM), the specialist drug discovery and development company, provides an update on its delisting from the Euronext Growth Brussels market, where it has a dual listing with AIM. This proposed de-listing from Euronext Growth Brussels was recently confirmed in the Company’s ‘Corporate Update’ announcement on 29 September 2021.
The Company has received confirmation that the Euronext Listing Board has approved its voluntary delisting request from Euronext Growth Brussels.
The timeframe of the de-listing has been agreed with Euronext. It is envisaged that the shares of ImmuPharma (ISIN: GB0033711010) will be removed from trading on Euronext Growth Brussels, as from the 18 October 2021.
