Board Change

ImmuPharma PLC (LSE:IMM), (“ImmuPharma” or the “Company”), the specialist drug discovery and development company, announces that Ajay Agrawal has stepped down as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Tim McCarthy, Non-Executive Chairman said:
